Very pleasant staff and the place was fairly clean. I liked the room, it was convenient and tastefully decorated. Comfortable hotel in Ponta Delgada, gorgeous location short walk from casino.

I liked the HELPFUL staff and above average breakfasts. Flawless view, a large balcony, really nice bed, too. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. Great value for money, and the location was exquisite for exploring Ponta Delgada.

The bathroom was mouldy.
